Drawing

Drawing is central to my practice  – I believe it’s as important as scales are to a musician.  I draw every day and much of my work is executed on windy hillsides, or at least in a cold damp barn.

The auroch was the ancient breed of indigenous cow, ancestor to our Galloway cattle.
